One of the main reasons clients decided to change Ignite Accountants was that they often had delays receiving their ATO correspondence from their existing accountant.
Often, they'd receive it a day or two before the due date and even, in some cases, after the due date.
This made it hard for them to act quickly, make decisions, and pay their bills on time.
Sometimes, the ATO even fines them for not lodging and paying on time.
So, at Ignite Accountants, we use a software called ATOmate.
